On Friday 31st of October i woke up early and travelled to Taupo and watched the minis. The next day i was ready to race. I got into my gear and walked to riders briefing and was told what was going on today. we we're 1st up on the line for practice. as in lined up for practice i heard the sound of reving engines and started to get nervous. After practice i took my gear off and went for a walk. When i got back it was time for the race i knew that the competition was going to be tough. I lined up and started up my bike but as they say "When the gate drops the bullshit stops" I was slow out of the gate but quickly picked up speed and passed 20 riders to be in 7Th. As the race went on i started to get tired and was getting catch ed by the other riders. As the checkered flag popped out i was 11th over the line.
